Centipedes
September 2, 2010Last night, I dreamed that a million centipedes descended on me from under and around my pillow while I was sleeping to attack me.
About the Dreamer
My name is Jennifer and this is my dream diary. I have some wonky dreams and nightmares, if you want to call them that, and after years of thinking "WTF" to myself, I finally decided to start putting them all down in one spot. My dreams are not always induced by something, although caffeine after 12pm can heighten one to the next level. They are always vivid and clear and in color. In fact, I don't ever recall dreaming in black and white. I remember my dreams with clarity, especially if I repeat them to someone within a few hours of having them; I even still remember dreams from when I was a toddler (ghosts) and a teenager (parents dying).
Of note: I suffer from very mild depression and anxiety disorder, so I'm sure both have a lot to do with that, especially the latter. Death or near-death appears to be a common theme.
I hope if you take the time to read this, you find it interesting at least. I'm really doing it for me as a way to track and remember them in a more organized manner. But someday, I'd like someone to tell me why I remember my dreams and John Doe usually doesn't.

That’s not good. Do you know what it means?
Well, my roommate killed one that night after dinner and I’m afraid of bugs, especially spiders and centipedes. I can only guess that is why I had the dream.
